Further chance to apply to the Journalism Diversity Fund

The Journalism Diversity Fund received 20 applications this round and those shortlisted will be interviewed by a panel of senior journalists and editors at The Guardian, London, on Friday, 2 December.

There is great news for those who missed this deadline. An extra round has been added this year to give more budding journalists the opportunity to apply for a bursary.

There is only one chance left for those that need help funding their journalism training starting in the academic year September 2011 - August 2012.

Applications are now being accepted for the fourth round. The deadline is Friday, 16 December.
